Shipping Info
First and foremost, I encourage everyone to double check their address after ordering.
Most shipping-based issues are from an incorrect address input. I cannot replace all orders that are missing due to mis-entered addresses, please double check and contact me immediately if you notice an error.
Sustainable Packaging
I am dedicated to packaging my goods as sustainably as possible! Buyers can expect mailers made from recycled materials, biodegradable tea bags, paper bags, kraft mailers, and more. I also strongly encourage buyers to reuse or recycle the packaging they receive whenever possible. ♡
International Shipping
I am based in the USA and will ship internationally to most countries except the UK and EU, due to VAT. To work around this, I've opened an Etsy shop specifically for UK/EU buyers while I continue to research how to make my merch accessible!
Estimated Arrivals
You can find my estimated shipping time on the individual item listings. I handle all orders personally, so while most orders can go out on the following business day, it can take up to 1 week to process all orders during big shop updates.
Once shipped, if you live in the USA you can usually expect your order to arrive withing 1-2 weeks of shipping. If you order internationally, your order may arrive in 2-4 weeks.
*Please note that the USPS is experiencing some severe delays due to ongoing staffing shortages. Once a package is shipped, it's out of my control.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking will be provided for most parcels!
- Small prints, such as individual bookmarks and postcards, will be sent via standard envelope unless a tracked shipping method is chosen, in which case they'll be sent in a rigid kraft mailer.
- Larger prints, such as posters, and bulk orders of smaller prints will be mailed via mail tube or rigid kraft mailer.
- Small merch, such as pins, charms, and buttons, will be shipped via bubble or padded mailer.
Missing/Incorrect Items
Because all art is packaged and shipped by me, one guy who doesn't get enough sleep, human error is unfortunately possible!
If you believe there has been a mistake in your order or that you are missing items, please contact me directly ASAP.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the address I shipped to was correct, I am not responsible for any packages after they leave my hands. Once again, I am just one guy, and I'm unfortunately financially unable to replace all lost or stolen goods. I would strongly recommend that you get in touch with your local post office if a situation like this occurs.
